Is this enough power for M80Ti?

You know these speakers well, so I'll ask you for an opinion on the receiver I should use for these. I've decided to use them in main floor living room (18x18 ft) that opens up onto a dining room and kitchen. These will only be used for 2 chanel stereo sound. Would the Denon AVR-1601 (60 Watt @ 8ohm/90 watt @ 6ohm), Harman Kardon AVR-100 (40 watt high current), or Pioneer D3S (100 watt) be most appropriate to drive them. Your opinion please.

One of the design features of the M80s' is their ability to attain good SPL with minimal power. Any of the amplifiers you suggested would have enough power for your needs in your room. I think you will be pleased at the overall output and dynamics you will achieve.
