Im going crazy over here!! I finally have the M80s, the VP150s, and now the QS8s and I can seem to get the EZ Anchors to get into my wall properly. It keeps on breaking up my wall!! What am i doing wrong??? Im screwing the thing in (I dont have a drill, IT TAKES FOREVER) Someone please give me some advice b4 I go crazy over here!

OK. You need to drill out appropriately sized holes for the anchors before you screw anything into them. Go out and get a cheap drill.

This shows you how much I know about this stuff. You mean i should get a drill and actually drill the achors into the wall instead of screwing them? I just want to be clear because if so I'm off to Home Depot today!!

Woah woah woah. We're talking about these little plastic anchors that you screw the screws into, right? What you do, is you drill a hole of the appropriate size in the wall. Then you insert the anchors, tapping lightly with a hammer if necessary, then you screw into the anchors.

Well, guess I'm wrong... I was thinking about a different type of product. OK. Read the package carefully and slowly. Make sure you're not sticking these things into a stud (that's not going to work at all!) You do have drywall walls, right (ie, they're not textured and really hard, and they sound hollow when you tap them.)

kcarlile, the wall (left side) is hard it doesnt seem hollow but the other wall, the right side is. What should I do in this situation??

Is the problem you're having on the left wall? Is the left wall textured, or does it seem hollow in spots and solid in others? At this point, you may have left my realm of experience.. I've only tried to hang stuff in drywall/stud type places. The right side should work fine. (in theory)

The left side is solid all the way. the right seems to be hollow. I think they say the Full metal bracket is good for walls with studs (not hollow walls)am I correct in this? But what does a person do when they have mitch match walls? One hollow the other not? One wall with a full metal bracket and the other mounted? wouldnt that look weird and not neat? I cant beleive this!! :-(
