I was reading through some posts and past newsletters about an Axiom bracket, just wanted to know if they are going to be seperate like the speaker stands or come with the speakers themselves and when they are going to be available. Thanks!

Hi reddish,

The Axiom bracket will be separate, like the speaker stands. The final molds are approved and we expect to get about 50 pairs by the end of the month. Final pricing has yet to be nailed down but I expect they'll be about $60 or $70 US per pair.

The full supply should be on-stream by end of November or early December.

I'm a total Newbie. I'm curious about what these brakets do. I'm planning on picking up a pair of QS4s and mounting them on the wall. The QS4 webpage states that these speakers can be wall mounted. But now I'm wondering if these brakets that are not currently available are necessary for this application. Please let me know how I might mount a pair of QS4s.

Thanks,
Dan

QS4's come with their own wall mounting bracket. You do not need the one mentioned in this thread.

Hi dblloyd,

Yes, the new Axiom Full Metal Bracket will allow tilting and swiveling of the speaker.

The wall-mount brackets supplied with the QS quadpolar surrounds allow hanging the speaker on the wall. There is no need at all to tilt or swivel the QS surrounds in a particular direction because their inherent design disperses surround sound in multiple directions to create the desired sense of envelopment and immersion in the soundfield.
