I recieved Hemispherees in the Mail today from Ebay.

After litsening to the album in it's entirety I was reminded what makes Rush Rush.

In all fairness to 2112

I can only say the lyrics of Hemispheres matched by the intracacy of La Villa Strangiato... is well to be PUNNY reason and desire (get it?)

I give it the slight nod above 2112 as being the best RUSH album.

Not to mention the Axioms reproduced the music the best I ever heard.

Can't beat that Axioms, Rush...what could be better? Wagner?

If any Axiom owners out there do not know Rush or haven't heard it on your Axioms...get any of their older stuff....You may never hear a speaker sound so alive and capable.

I agree!! Rush is awesome on the axioms. I have also been enjoying ELO. Out of the blue is UNBELIEVABLE.
Enjoy!

ELO...hmm we do have a greatest hits cd.

Yeah, you know

some music really has a lot of SOUNDS ...not to sound stupid..

but some tracks just have so many things going on..it's nice to hear them as the Axioms can present them..

and i mean the gammit from Classical to thrash...from floyd to John Michael Montgomery...from Slayer to Mendohlsonn

it is all amazing.

Like I said beofr I haven't found any music that these speakers do not excell at.

its amazing.

my wife disagrees...but I now realize she is DEF

LOLOLOLOL

I thought that the wife would say "I can't tell the difference" but she actually thinks the Axioms are excellent. She noticed an improvement immediately. She always wants to play her cd's (Jackson 5, Disco, Top 40, etc.)I want my speakers back!! Well at least she likes the new speakers otherwise all I would have heard the next 3 months is "I can' t believe you spent all that money on these stupid speakers" LOL

I would agree that both are great albums... picking the best is kind of hard. BTW, I saw Chronicles at half.com for 4.95! couldn't believe that. I'm sorry I bought it when it came out... another cool album is Carress of Steel. The Necromancer is a fun one that shows off some different flavors of my M60s. Do i have too much time on my hands?

Anyone get the chronnicles DVD version? Any good, worth it?

Styxx was very impressive on the M20s

it is very clean music with a lot of keyboard, bass, crystal clear vocals...really nice

i have been wanting to get that RUSH in Rio but someone on this forum had told me that it was not mixed very well. i believe the person said that it had too much crowd noise, and not enough of the instruments? i dont know, but i wanna hear the instruments.

but, being a RUSH fan, i am sure it will be in my collection very soon.. i will put it on my christmas list!!

Is anything say around grace under pressure and newer good?

I have heard little but one or two radio songs...like "Ghost of a chance", and another "tip of the iceburg" other than that any thing newer i have never heard...is it any good?

I have considered the brand new album with the psychadelic look.

But the pas five or so albums i really don't know dookie about.

any one heard a lot of the new stuff?
