Blame it on tleigh. He's the one that infected this thread with the A#@A curse.

He should be put in "time out" for doing this to us.

In reply to:

How far apart in sound/quality did you feel they were from one another?

Honestly..........all bs a side. There was enough of a difference that I justified paying what I paid for the SVS. I could have bought 2 LFM's for less than what I paid for my SVS. I wanted one sub and one sub only and the SVS just did it for me. I don't want to get in to stuff I have already posted but I did a side by side with the SVS and a Servo from Paradigm which is a highly acclaimed sub, and the Paradigm wasn't even playing in the same league as the SVS.

The biggest compliment I can give the SVS is this, it's the one piece in my set-up that is not for sale. I buy and sell all the time just to try out new things and the SVS will remain a constant.

It was only a concept! I thought it brought a lot of meaning to the original (now hi-jacked) post. OK, I'm at fault I’m in misery with the A**A thing too.

Well, I think that I will mope away with my LFM in hand with a review like that. Maybe one day with the $$ I will upgrade into an SVS or keep the LFM as a second.

Time out time! Everyone....all together now:

You can dance, you can jive, having the time of your life
See that girl, watch that scene, dig in the Dancing Queen

Friday night and the lights are low
Looking out for the place to go
Where they play the right music, getting in the swing
You come in to look for a king
Anybody could be that guy
Night is young and the music's high
With a bit of rock music, everything is fine
You're in the mood for a dance
And when you get the chance...

You are the Dancing Queen, young and sweet, only seventeen
Dancing Queen, feel the beat from the tambourine
You can dance, you can jive, having the time of your life
See that girl, watch that scene, dig in the Dancing Queen

You're a teaser, you turn 'em on
Leave them burning and then you're gone
Looking out for another, anyone will do
You're in the mood for a dance
And when you get the chance...

You are the Dancing Queen, young and sweet, only seventeen
Dancing Queen, feel the beat from the tambourine
You can dance, you can jive, having the time of your life
See that girl, watch that scene, dig in the Dancing Queen

Dig in the Dancing Queen
Dig in the Dancing Queen
Dig in the Dancing Queen
