Kind of fun to see how the other .01% of the population lives. Here's an online version of an article that the Rocky Mountain News ran yesterday about some local home theaters, including the Fox family's $146K home theater (including $65K of equipment). If my income and or cash flow allowed me to do something like this I would definitely go all out as well. Rather extreme? No way . If one had the money to even consider this it would be a drop in the bucket.

Me to! I would be happy with a couple of those chairs!

I can tell you the lighting alone is worth at least 15k. I'm sure that it's fully automated.

Occasionally one of my trade journals will have an artical on Home Theaters. Last winter I recall an awards article. The catagories were above $500,000, $250,000-$500,000, $100,000-$250,000 and below $100,000. The last catagory didn't get much column space.

It sure would be fun. I would go nuts.
