Will this handle the 4ohm load of the m-80s? Would it cause the left and right channel to override my vp100 as its 8ohm? thanks for all the help

Blake, the 325 can handle the 4ohm impedance of the M80s. No "override" should occur, since the relative volume levels of the center and left/right speakers are calibrated so as to be equal, either by the HK EZSet or by you manually.
