 Question on the QSS stands

Hello
Has anyone had trouble assembling the QSS stand..
specifically, attaching the 2 uprights to the base..It seems the provided screws are not long enough to tighten down the uprights to the base...
Also if I read the directions correctly, It looks like the speaker grille covering the bottom driver will rest directly on top of the two uprights....

I think I would toll-free Axiom on that one, they are very good with customer service.

OK...I went out and bought some longer
screws....hopefully this will solve problem...If not Customer
Service it is!!!
