I'm not sure what the Harmony price is, but SurfRemote Control has the MX-850 at $239 and open box (when they have them) at $199.
The MX-700 may be tough to find as supplies dwindle.
Do a search on the forum for MX-700. There are a couple of in-depth threads from Sep-Nov last year.
