This looks more and more like the TV that I am going to get. Its the 5th-generation Samsung 50" DLP. It is going to cost $2799 which is pretty cheap considering they were a lot more a few months back. I wonder what color M60s will fit with this tv? I know this is a fakey photoshop but its an idea.

I vote for Brushed Silver! {giggles} I think the Cherry is a great highlight if you need an accent in the room; otherwise black.

Is that your actual room and furniture? If so, I vote for Black.

I know this was not an option, but I think Mansfield Beech looks very rich.

If the choices are only black and cherry,(and I own both, so there's no bias here)I would have to go with black if that's your room, otherwise cherry goes well with the sunset on the TV.
Amie has a kind of ultimate solution if there were no budgetary constraints though!! WOW!
Rich.

from what I can tell from his post, that is not his room. It's just that the tv in the pic is the one he's looking at buying.

I believe plaid is now available for people who have problems deciding on the colour.

I went with cherry with my M60s. They'll add a little warmth to any room while the black grills will still compliment the TV's black frame

The room and tv was from the online manual/sales brochure on the Samsung website. My room won't have metal sheets as the background. Just a white wall. I would take a picture of my potential room but the house isn't finished being built yet.
Oh and a sad news has cometh upon me. THe mortgage company said I shouldn't make any big purchases such as $2000 sound systems while I am going through the mortgage process. Damn. Guess I'll have to wait until July to purchase my axiom system.
