just tell them it's for house repairs, and get some carpenter to write up a bill  Then get your mortage plus some extra cash for those "repairs"

I have a silver/black 62" Toshiba DLP and I had the same dilemma you have. I went with the Cherry and they are awesome. Just My Two Cents!!
