Hello all,
Anybody have a suggestion? The one I used to use has turned into one of those shadowy places with no phone number or easy method of contact.

You mean you bought a bulb from the Government ???
Sorry, I still have my free spare so I haven't had to do this yet. I probably might look at direct from you manufacturer, if they offer that service.
