 Anybody from around the Charlotte, NC area??

Fed up with taxes and the high cost of living associated with the NYC suburbs, my wife and I have been considering a change of scenery. I am currently a project manager for a large financial institution and looking at Charlotte, NC as a possible spot. I actually scored an interview with one of the bigger financial firms in Charlotte. I was wondering if anyone around hear is familiar with the Charlotte area that can give me any insight. I know about the low cost of living, but I am wondering if a guy from the NYC area would be able to fit-in. Any advice would be appreciated!

Royce, although a speaker audition isn't involved, you might check the audition thread to PM NC people. The Charlotte member(nev)hasn't posted in about 6 months, though.
