I need a rear center speaker, I was thinking a direct radiator, possibly the M2. I have QS8's back there now along with VP150 and M50Ti's (I might be the only person on earth who owns a pair of M50's) up front. What do guys suggest.

Don't hold me to this, but I think it was Alan (Axiom's resident expert) who said if you have only one rear surround speaker (6.1) it should be a QS4 or QS8. With one direct radiator in the rear, it's sound seems to come from the front rather than the back. If you're doing 7.1, then direct radiators in the rear are preferable.
Folks, did I remember hearing this correctly?

I have a QS8 in the rear center and it sounds really good. No problems with direction of sound or quality. Just helps fill out the rear listening area.

Alan also suggested that you run two direct radiators run in parralel. Like 2 M2s on the same mono channel.
