I have just purchased a BFD-Pro, and after doing a frequency sweep, I found a large dip at 36hz, which would require a plus gain of 12db!. My question is if anybody using this device has ever run into trouble as far as their sub amp clipping or their sub driver "bottoming" out, by adding this much boost (+12db@36hz), or any of the lower frequencies. I read somewhere that use should only reduce gain, rather than boost gain when adding filters, especially at the lower freqencies! Any one with actual problems??? Thanks, Huck
