I remember that room. Very nice, but pick up your controller. Those speakers are beautiful.

Ok I'll say it, I think Paradigm's make some kick-ass looking speakers! Axiom's are a little more to the point. Nothing really too fancy about them, they just do what they do without a lot of fussing about with it's make-up. Axiom's are designed (well, maybe not the real wood finishes) more or less to disappear into a room. Those Paradigm's on the other hand are more of a center piece, they like the attention.

And I respect that. I would love to hear the Studio 100's next to my M80's simply because Paradigm was the first company I seriously considered when I was looking for my new towers. Not that I'm unhappy at all with my Axiom's mind you, quite the opposite is true, I'm absolutely thrilled with them!!! Still, I'd love to hear them side by side just for shits and giggles!

M80's
QS8's
VP150
EP800
Denon 4802
Emotiva XPA-3
Samsung BD-P3600

I am often curiouse about other speakers and how they sound. I would love to compare the M80s to Studio 100s and a number of other speakers. I would love to give the Salk Songtowers a listen as well.

This was my Axiom pack. I wanted to keep the 60's but really had no use for them. I sold the package to a very happy customer!

Im still using a VP150 for a center and Q4's for surrounds.
The rest of the PARADIGM package will come later. $$$$

I also moved the SUB15 to the back of room. Very Heavy Sub!

The Studios i found had a good balance of bass and high. The M60's seemed to have alot of mid range and worked well with the VP150. I like Axiom its just that I came across a good deal for the Paradigms and with a very large open Basment I needed a SUB15. Check out these specs http://www.paradigm.com/en/reference/subwoofer_only-specification-25-4-5-13.paradigm
