i thought i posted this earlier, but i cant seem to find my post...so here it is again:

my fuse blew out of my sub. Radioshack doesnt carry the 1.25 amp factory fuse; closest they have is a 1 and 1.5 amp variety. I tried the 1 amp fuse 2 times, and both blew out before the redlight on the back of the sub had a chance to go on !!! should i try the 1.5 amp fuse, even though its .25 amp above factory fuse???

The .25 of an amp will not make any difference. It will not harm your sub, but you will probally find that this will also blow as soon as you power it on. The 1 amp fuse while a little on the light side should not have blown like that. I suspect that you have a problem in the sub that will need to be looked at.
