Hi everyone:

My sub went out last Friday. Called Axiom on Saturday morning. The Axiom rep said he would send out a new amp ASAP. Imagine my surprise when I find a band new EP175 ver2 at my door on Thursday.

As far as I can tell the only difference between the old sub and this new one is the addtion of a heat sink on the back. It still hits as hard as it did before.

I know I'm preaching to the chior, but I just wanted to share this with anyone who might be on the fence in making a decision on what manufacturer to go with.

The only thing I wish is that I got the EP 350 instead of the 175. For the price difference there's no reason not to get the 350. That is not to say that the 175 isn't enough for the small room that I have, but wouldn't 'more than enough' be just right?

Thanks Axiom!

You guys rock!

Axiom is pretty liberal on their upgrade policy, give them a call if you are interested in the 350, they also will ship and return free if upgrading

It's worth the phone call to ask. Might just be small upgrade fee.

Axiom is dollar wise and penny foolish. They'll take a very happy customer over a small increase in their profit margin any day.

I'd give em a call about the upgrade. So they don't make any money on the upgrade ... but they got yet another singing their praises to potential buyers checking on their forums.

Dollar wise and penny foolish. Smart folks these Axiom people.
