hi all,
soon i'll be purchasing either the M3s or M22s for 100% stereo music listening. i'm debating where to place the speakers. (hopefully) there is a picture of my floorplan somewhere in this message with 3 potential speaker locations marked. i would like to listen to music in the living room, kitchen and dining room.

i can see that position 2 is the most central location but i'm worried about losing the stereo effect and that's why i like position 1. however, seeing how far #1 is from some listening positions, maybe i'll lose stereo info anyway.

any thoughts?

For background listening, any of your positions will work.

However, if you want to listen to a properly formed stereo image, the rule of thumb is to locate yourself between the two speakers so that you and the speakers form an equilateral triangle.
