A friend just called me with this site and I thought I would share Zillow
If you type in your address, it will give you an aerial photo and a valuation of your home and neighborhood homes if built prior to the last couple years.
A warning to Calif. residents. If you have sold a house in the last 8 years, you do not want to see what that house is worth now

Appears not to cover all of the US, at least not my zip code.

Hey look! It's our condo!

Wow...we bought our condo just in the nick of time. I wonder how accurate their current value estimates are. If it's right, we've gained nearly $200,000 in the past 2.5 years. That's freakin' nutty.

Egads... I'm glad I live in a smaller metropolitan area.

For that price I could buy our place and two houses either side.

Apparently, it's never a good idea to sell your home.

Too true, Peter. Timing is everything.

I feel compelled to advocate for a friend who works for a similar site called homepages.com. Same idea, but very cool zooming.

My house is listed, but it doesn't have any information outside of tax assessment value, and the ariel view doesn't even show any of the houses in my subdivision, so nothing "fun" to look at for me.
