or a place where people can post there used gear for sale if they want to upgrade.
It would be nice if they had a forum where it would be for used Axiom only. where it would be broken down into folders of Country ...province/state and even city.
And for those who are going to upgrade to newer or better Axioms. There maybe those who want MT80's but do not have the $$ and those who want to upgrade that either have the $$$ or need the funds from the sale of their speakers first. Maybe have it that you put a non-refundable deposit on a set of speakers and you get the right to post/advertise your used.

Just an Idea, Axiom still in a round about way gets a sale they can even be used as a thrid party in that all sales that are done the money goes to them or percentage of towards a purchase of Axiom speakers and they forward the shipping cost to the seller who ships the speakers to the buyer.

This has been debated endlessly in the past over and over again. Axiom has their reasons and rules which we should respect. They have their own Axiom Store on Ebay and Amazon. If you would like to sell used equipment use Ebay, Audiogon, etc. Not sure why you keep bringing this up over and over again.

uhmmm this is the first I brought this up. and I did a search on used items and selling and it came back with no hits. Maybe I didn't search on the right words.
I just thought it be another way of selling new gear for Axiom. They would still get a new sale for every used sale. Away also to get people into there gear. It was a suggestion I was making on a selling point for Axiom.

Not necessarily.

There are plenty of other mechanisms for selling used audio gear, and my understanding is that Axiom has a fairly liberal "trade up" policy if you inquire with them confidentially.

Look, I'm not trying to "pile on" here, and my response is clearly an accumulation of not only your inquiry (and similar others, as Randy noted) but also the blatant and offensive copyright infringement being perpetrated on ebay by that sign guy.

Axiom sells new speakers as a business. Their assets consist of not only the products themselves, but also the brand and intellectual property. They operate the message board to aid in that business. As guests, we are obliged to respect their related decisions. I'd reject the notion that Axiom derives any value from spending corporate resources to enable transactions between unrelated third-parties. By virtue of their quality, value and service, they've earned my loyalty and respect.
