While flipping through channels before I got up this morning, I ran across a commercial wherein a construction worker is bemoaning his woes of constipation. His salvation is in a particular bran cereal, of which I'm not quite sure the brand, and during his discussion of the benefits of his new fiber diet there are trucks in the background continuously dumping their loads.

Now that's relief.

I like the ad.

But fiber didn't help me.

You're supposed to eat it.

Ha ha, but I thought it would be better to eliminate the middleman.
