test
Posted By: CV Re: test - 11/10/07 07:16 PM
I didn't know there was going to be a test today. I'm not prepared.
Posted By: SirQuack Re: test - 11/10/07 07:21 PM
I was having problems with the Axiom forums saying my posts were being blocked by my Host firewall, which was a joke, nothing has changed on my end. Anyway, after cleaning my cookies by using the link at the bottom of the axiom page that fixed it for whatever reason. \:\)
Posted By: CV Re: test - 11/10/07 07:25 PM
I'm still having that problem. I've never cleared them that way. I just log out and log back in.
Posted By: SirQuack Re: test - 11/10/07 07:26 PM
That didn't work for me, nor did cleaning out my browser cookies, temp stuff, history, etc...

This forum still has many bugs to it, especialy the search ability. Many times it will say no results found, when in fact there are threads with the search criteria I plug in. I mentioned this to Amie months ago.

Cleaning out my cookies in the browser didn't work for me, either, but logging out and logging back in has worked every time. I've noticed that the board won't let me log out sometimes, however, but if it won't let me log out, it's when I had no problem posting. When it will actually let me log out, I wasn't able to post. It's funny trying to log out over and over again and still being logged in, though. \:\)

I sometimes come to the site only to find *what I believe* is the site being down, but yet whenever I get back on nobody seems to say anything about it being down so I'm wondering if it is just on my end.

Also I can't seem to change my personal smiley face, I remember doing so once.

No, Rick, I've been having the same issue with the boards being down. I think Axiom's provider is having some server problems or something.
Posted By: CV Re: test - 11/10/07 07:38 PM
Yeah, I've had that problem as well.

Woohoo! I forgot--It's pick on Mojo day, today. \:D

In sticking with the thread topic, I'm finding if I use the back buttom to get back to the list of topics it seems like it takes me back a few hours, marking previously read threads unread. Once I click on "View Forums" it fixes things.

Ha ha, Pick On Mojo Day is the day before Regina Spektor Day. I'm going to be associating him with the storm before the calm.

The problems with the site disappeared as soon as I left my laptop...oh wait...they're back again. I'm sure it has something to do with my CPU heating up \:\) .

You may have too many hotlinks on your desktop. Try deleting a few and reboot. ;\)

This site is really messed up if it is causing time travel.Oh you should have looked at the sports scores before clicking the back button then you could have placed bets and made some money. ;\)

I always wondered what that flux capacitor was doing next to my computer.

Sirquack and CV - I just found out that we didn't have the board set to accept the host referrer without 'www' - I have had the same firewall issue and I know for a fact that I sometimes type axiomaudio.com/boards with no www - would that apply to either of you?
Posted By: CV Re: test - 11/16/07 06:25 PM
I usually don't type www, that's for sure.
