You have to own a Camaro.

I've owned 3 in the past, does that count? \:\) Could not talk the wife into a 2010, so we got a Malibu LTZ.
I owned one whenever I got married and the little Missus owned one prior to us getting hitched ... that *should* account for a half order of free bread sticks, right?

Randy I've seen several of the '10 Camaros running around town and I don't know that I'm too terribly impressed so far, can't pinpoint it but the car just isn't happening for me.
From what I've read on the car porno sites, most everyone seems to like the looks of the new Camaro, but the ergonomics are not too good. The low roof line, high engine compartment looks cool from the outside, but doesn't bode well for the drivers visibility(they say). I was most surprised about the mediocre handling considering the independant rear suspension setup but it's a nice looking car imo though.
In the review video on youtube, Motortrend I believe, it outscored the Stang and Challenger in most categories.
Car and Driver came up with a different conclusion putting the Mustang on top(at least they agree on third place). They claimed the Mustang outhandled the Camaro despite it's live axle which surprised me. Better handling is the whole point of an independant rear susp, maybe GM needed to sort it out a little more....could also be the weight difference between the cars too, I think the Camaro is around 300 lbs heavier than the Ford.
Yeah, saw that on Autoblog. That drag racer looks pretty cool now, even though I'd really prefer stock.
It looks kinda fat to me. Not in a good way. I'm not a Mustang guy, but Ford got it right with the latest generation. And the Challenger isn't half bad.

I'd still take a Vette any day over any of them. Or an Audi S6, for that matter...

You read car porno sites? I just look at the pictures.

Agreed. I think if GM downsized the Camaro to 7/8 it's size, it might work better. I'm not a Ford guy either(had several years ago and swore them off), but the proportioning on the new gen Mustangs seem to look "just right"....much like the early
Mustangs it borrows heavily from. Challenger is sharp looking, but Chrysler made a lot of compromises underneath to save $$ imo.

I owned a 1969 Z28 but wouldn't touch a new one with a 3.048m pole, no matter how much free pizza they gave me.
I once dated a girl who owned a 69 camero. Do I get to sniff the free pizza?
Must...resist....making rude....joke....gahhhhhh

Did she smell cheesy, Fred?....pheewww!...couldn't stop.
