Mrs Classic (reading The Secret of Lost Things) : I have to look up this word. They've used it a couple of times and I don't know what it means.

Me : What word?

Mrs C : I've never seen it before... you probably would know it either.

Me: Again, what word?

Mrs C: Sibilant.

Me (looks briefly at camera with cat-ate-canary smile): Ahhh. Sounded with a hissing effect, for example: s, sh...

Mrs C (thumbing through dictionary): <jaw drops to floor> Well no s#!t, you actually knew a word I didn't!?!?!? How on earth did you know that word?

Me: Audio is educational! < walks away quickly>

Both incorrect. It means having multiple personalities. Or talking like a few of my friends.

I thought it meant having brother(s) or sister(s).
