Purchased a HDTV while waiting for my Axioms - 10/05/06 05:45 PM
I have just received my first HDTV in the mail two days ago. It is the Westinghouse LVM-42w2. It is a true 1080p set with tons of inputs. I am very, very excited about this. I was waiting for a good 1080p set to come down in price, and Crutchfield had a good price on it. The picture quality is crazy high. I only have access to DVD content at the moment, but it still makes movies come alive. I did try plugging my PC into it today and it works fantastic as a Monitor! It has a higher resolution than my 20" Dell 2005 does. (The Westinghouse native res is 1920×1080) For an example of how good the screen is, Check this image out. Now I just have to wait for the Axioms to Arrive!
