Hi -

I'm new to this forum and brand but have been in Audio and AV for a long time. I have far too many subs, headphones, and tubes laying around. Anyway, I have a new Processor in the mail (HTP-1) and want to add 4 in-ceiling Tops and some On-wall Side Surrounds. I don't have a big space so In-ceiling and on-walls they have to be. My Amps are Earthquake Audio Cinenova Grande 7 channel and will be adding a Buckeye Class D. I have 2 JL Audio Fathom subs (I've only been using 1) and my 5 speakers are James Loudspeaker 63-OWs.

Looking for your expert guidance and what to add for the OW Side Surrounds. I know I'm doing 4 of the sealed M3ICs. I look forward to any advice.

M5OW.

I like the M3 and M5 on walls. Not a big fan of the in ceilings but if you need that extra height or aesthetic they will do. Using M5ow as bed surrounds, M3ow as tops, and M3’s as heights. Note mounting M3 and M3 on-walls on the ceiling requires custom inserts.

I turned in my Qs8s years ago and have OW M22s for side/rears and 4 IC M3s.

I have QS10s mounted above M5s connected in parallel. Sounds natch!
