My woman or my home theater system? Sigh... yep I met a Dutch girl, it's for real, and now I'm moving to Rotterdam, Holland. I've got a bunch of very heavy things I just can't take with me. Among them is one of my prized possessions, my Epic 80 system. I can't take it with me. I've also got a 65" Mitsubishi HD Ready TV that I bought for $2999 I can't take either.

Anyone interested in the Epic 80 system (black, new condition, includes about $300 worth of top of the line Monster Cables) or TV please e-mail me at reding@powerguides.com. I will deliver the speakers within a few hundred miles of Central Oregon.

Everything is about 1.5 years old and new condition. I've also got a Cal King Tempurpedic bed (the real thing, not a knock off), Cherry Dining Room Set, Leather Sectional and Chair, unbelievable globe coffee table, Aeron office chair, and probably a bunch of other stuff I haven't thought of, LOL.

Doug
Well. Cost of new system is $2400 - 10% at outlet makes it $2160 plus your system is used and most people like to purchase new so they can have "virgin" speakers. Most things lose value quickly just by being second-hand (same goes with vehicles). I dont know how much you could get for these but you might even want to think about separating them. Congrats on meeting "the one" --- farewell from the US
Ooh that's gotta hurt.
I sent the email to someone i know in Virginia. He is still contemplating the HT and all.
If you have time, pictures would be lovely (of the equipment that is).
You might try advertising the system on Audiogon, which seems to be an active marketplace. http://www.audiogon.com/
Have you looked into renting part of a shipping container to move some of your heavy stuff overseas?

A friend of mine moved to Holland a few years back and used a shipping container to take her 1980-something Camaro with her. And she was definitely not swimming in money -- quite the oppositem, actually.

Just a thought.
I might give $1450 including shipping for M80's, QS8's, and VP150. The Sub aint good enough.
