I am planning on buying my first home theater speaker setup. I have a new onkyo 595 and my current room is about 14x14, but will most likely be a bit larger in the near future.

The package I was planning to get was a pair of M3ti, and a pair of QS4. For the center I was thinking about a vp100 and the the 8" 125 for the sub.

As you can see, I'm on a budget and my living quarters are on the small side.

Question is: Are any of these componants worth upgrading? I was thinking of upgrading to the vp150, but would that be overkill considering my fronts? or should I keep the vp100 and upgrade the fronts to M22s? or since I will be primarily listening to HT, should I get the next model up sub (175 10")?
I cant upgrade too much here, probably only one item. I simply dont know if I should stick with the original plan or go a bit further into debt? Again, I will be listening primarily to HT but not at obscene listening levels (apartment). Thanx for the help!

Given your environment I think if I was going to upgrade any of the speakers I would look to the VP150. It is overkill from an output and dynamic point of view in your system and room, but the array with a tweeter on each side of this center channel will give you an improved image across the front. Normally the sub-woofer upgrade would be the most logical for this system considering the primary goal of home theater listening, but you probably do not want to have the neighbors on your case about the bass.
