Does the VP150 have available/pre-mounted rubber feet? Or do most just lay it bare on a shelf? To me, this would seem to be less than ideal but I've been wrong before (once, back in 1982).
The VP150 comes with adhesive rubber feet that you install yourself.
Thanks for the info. One of these days I'm sure I'll be adding the VP150 (and the QS8s) to go with my recently received M60s.
Just a note... I've got my VP150 supported in the rear by a couple of slanted rubber door stops that angle the VP150 forward toward my seating position. I find that it helps alot.
I also use two rubber door stops to angle my VP150 downward, as its in a wall unit way above my ears. The rubber door stops also are good for absorbing any vibration that may occur.
i used to use a hockey puck to lower the angle. that helped in my old setup to focus the sound to the listening position.
Are the Axiom rubber pads easily removed. I need to add them, but I don't think mine is in it's final resting spot. It's on the angled side now, but it might be on the flat side soon.
You can also use FunTak. Serves a similar purpose and also good for holding it in place.
