I have a sony str-db 1070 driving my M80ti is that good enough?

In terms of performance and sound quality, you are perhaps in the best position to judge those traits.
If memory serves, this is part of the higher end scale ES models. It has considerable rated power, and is vary feature laden.

Is there somthing you find lacking?
