Sorry to bring up another post about speaker cables, but I have a simple question:

Is it better to have the positive and negative wires of a speaker cable twist around (braided, in a sense) each other, or for them to be straight? I have heard if you twist them around each other, that reduces noise. Any thoughts / comments?
