Hello to all and thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience on the AXIOM forum that helped me sell my *ose system and purchase Axiom speakers!!!
I received and installed my m60/vp150/ep350 this evening after their arrival this afternoon. They aren't optimized using the YPAO on my yamaha 1500 but they are simply awesome sounding!!! My wife can feel the base (no worries about WAF, she likes consumer electronics as much as I do) and the kids get a kick out of watching the speaker movements w/o the covers. I can't wait to get them set up using the YPAO!!! Next purchase: QS8's so that I can have 7.1. I'll post more comments as I become more familiar with the nuances of my system (currently listening to the EAGLES When Hell Freezes Over in DTS surround while I type this post).

BTW,

If anyone has any questions/concerns about AXIOM factory outlet speakers (and I don't know why anyone would be concerned...), You can be assured that they are worth the wait and the savings. I can not find any reasons why these speakers were considered factory outlets. There is absolutely nothing wrong with them cosmetically and they sound great. NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR AXIOM SPEAKERS!!!

Living room - M60 fronts/VP150/M20surrounds/EP350/RXV1500/Onkyo802/Sony 42"LCD
Master bedroom - M20 for fronts and surrounds/VP100/EP125/HK135/PanasonicF87/Toshiba 27"
that eagles DTS dvd is a great one to listen to really cranked up. the sound is so pure and clean, its quite moving.

glad you got everything in and working. with a living room HT and a bedroom HT, sounds like you get the best of both worlds.

How would I go about getting factory outlet speakers? Are they damaged/used speakers. Are the saving a big differance? The reason I ask is cause I ordered some axiom speakers last night and if I have another option in saving money, I would like to know. I can use the extra cash to get more speakers.

Go to the home page and you will see a link to the factory outlet.
the factory outlets are 10% cheaper than the regular price. so, whatever you paid for your speakers, take 10% off that, and thats what you would have saved going with factory outlet.

and , at most, the factory outlet speakers will have small, hardly noticable nicks/gashes/dents somewhere on the speaker cabinet. but its purely cosmetic. sound quality on the outlet speakers are exactly the same as normal speakers. they just have small cosmetic flaws, and most are not even noticable.

Thanks guys. I did the calculations and I feel better that I purchased them new. To me the price wasn't that big of a difference. Anyway, I just checked my email and they already shipped the speakers also the svs sub.
In addition, if one order totals five pcs or more(speakers + stands + speaker wire plus....), Axiom will take another 5% off. Add to that free shipping (it took three days to get to my house in Ca. after receving a shipping confirmation from Axiom) and you have one great deal!!!
If it only took three days from the factory outlet store and plus all those savings than you got a real good bargain. I got 5% off. Can't wait to get them. Thell be in Friday.
