I'm surprised that there wasn't any mention of the new Denon receivers announced yesterday and as detailed here.
I was looking into the Polk unit for XM at home....maybe I should take a hard look at the features of the new 3806 (which includes XM capability built-in) and consider upgrading my receiver instead. Seems like I just bought my 3805 though!

yeah I just saw this. I'm wondering if the eq in the 3806 would be more along the lines of what i am looking for in a receiver. Killer is I got a 4600 on the way already to try it next to the NAD

Those new Denon's look pretty nice. I think that several of the manufacturers are introducing new models this Fall. It ought to be an interesting time.

One thing that I am a little concerned about (since I am in the market for a new receiver) is the reports that Denon, Yahama and Onkyo are having trouble with their HDMI interfacing. I sure don't want to be a Beta tester!!
