Just picked up a Sherwood RD-6500 for all of $57.50 That should work fine as a temporary receiver for stereo listening.

Now if only I had speakers to go with it. :rolleyes: (which this site really really needs!)

Thanks. It was one of those fleabay things. I saw one sell for about the same the day before while I was looking up the specs on this model.

Now I can put the receiver in my livingroom, close my eyes, and in zen-like fassion imagine just how good those M80s are going to sound.
