I have 24" stands right now and if I get the M22s then the tweeter will be much higher than ear level. Is it possible to simply keep the speakers upside down so the tweeter is on the bottom? Will keep the speakers tonally neutral?

The M22s will work just as well upside down.

I was wondering this, also... will inverting the speakers have any affect on the soundstage? and is it possible to bring the image down to ear level by tilting the speakers/stands slightly forward? I assume this will cause more of a 'sweetspot' for listening, but I have my room arranged with that in mind, anyway
