Even comes w/ the DVD. No tax and got it quick w/ my Amazon Prime. Haven't listened to it but my goodness, this is less than iTunes AND it has the full DVD.

I really would rather buy local but there's no way to compete w/ this. And no tax is a big deal w/ the SF Bay Area at almost 10%.

And kudos to the band for the full paper package w/ no jewel case. Very green.
I bought it on iTunes already. It's not wowing me as much as their first disc, but I haven't given it a proper listen yet.

Yeah, I'd say nothing has really jumped out at me yet, but I'm still enjoying it enough. I also still need to listen to it on my main system.

I have to agree, I’m not as impressed. Can’t tell yet if it’s just because it’s not new to me like the sound of their first one was or if I just don’t think it’s as good. I had it playing in the background so I haven’t really given it a good listen either.

It's the iTunes release I'm listening to, though I'm expecting my copy from Best Buy's website anytime. I'm hoping the DVD is at least as worthwhile as the last one.
Dang, I've still got it wrapped up in it's plastic cover. I'll open it this weekend and give it a spin. Anyway, eight bucks for a decent cd and dvd is a good deal.
I would probably agree. There's no surprising recordings. However, compared to their other 2 CDs, this one seems to be mastered better.

Listening on my stereo speakers (now) is very good. On my Bottlehead Sex and Grado HF2's, it's REALLY nice. There's no background hum or hiss, dead quiet. The previous CDs had really bad hiss IMHO.

Really? I never noticed any hiss. I'll have to do some head-to-head comparisons when I get the new CD in the mail. And what two other CDs are you referring to? I have five other CDs.
The one w/ the eye on it (forget the title) and the Live in Japan one.
I listened to the new one tonight. It didn't grab me right away like the first one did, but that's not to say it's bad. I think this one is a bit more intricate and demanding of the listener--one of those you need to listen to a few times to appreciate and get the full effect of.
