Hello,

I'm curious how big the improvements are in the v2 of the VP100 and M50 as compared to the original models of both speakers. Is it a totally different speaker? Thanks ahead of time. -Chris

different binding posts, different sticker on the back, possible changes to crossover. No its not a different speaker.

Here's a potential fun piece of trivia.

The graph of the current M50 was published during the holidays of '04.

I suspect that anything manufactured after that(Yeah, and probably a bit before that too)would have the same sound as those marked as V2.

I bought my M50s about three months later partially on the strength of the new graphs. And they sound GREAT!!

No!......the SPEAKERS!
