Does anyone, BY CHOICE, use a 100HZ crossover with their M22ti's? I know the accepted recommendation is 80Hz, and I've been using that for years, but the M22ti's are flat down to 100Hz, and my Hsu STF-2 is flat up to 100Hz. When I recently changed to 100Hz, I no longer hear a dip when I do a subwoofer frequency sweep, and that minor 1/3 octave change doesn't create any directional problems for the bass notes. Has anyone been down this path before?

80 is a great starting point and the standard for some system settings.

I may be without knowing it. I'm not really sure where my Onkyo TX-DS575 receiver's crossover point is.

T, I experimented a bit(pretty much just on general principle)with my M22s when I installed my EP500, but I'd already determined(using a Stryker test-tone CD)that in-room my M22s were essentially flat to well below 100Hz(more like 70-75Hz). So, I'm using the common 80Hz crossover, although I tried 40,50,60,80.100,120,150 and 200Hz.
