My living room is a little unusual for my side surround speakers. I have no wall space on either side due to windows. I do not have a typical ceiling (my ceiling follows the roof line (typical cape roof line. The best way to visualize it is to picture an equalateral triangle and my left and right surrounds would need to be mounted on the angles pointing down. I guess I have 3 options. I have a beam that runs directly ove the listening position. I could easily mount them on the back part of the beam facing backwards. The speaker pointing down on the QS8 would be right over my head. I could find a way to mount them flat against the angle of the roofline but I am concerned with the speakers pointing directly to the center of the room instead of above my listening position. Third option would be the adjustable bracket. If anyone has these would I be able to adjust the speaker up enough considering I would be mounting them at an angle. Any suggestions would be great

At my last house I was short on cash, so I mounted a set of 6x9 Alpines in the ceiling firing directly down. It worked ok, and I was thrilled to finally have 5.1. I'm sure the 8's will work far better than those, even firing down (or on the angle). Any way to mount them on the back wall behind you?

And if you can get a pic, it would help.
