I can't seem to find the exact information I am looking for.

When you order is:

Your credit card charged immediately?
How long does it take for your speakers to ship?
I saw in the FAQ that it takes about 4 weeks for custom, anyone have any personal experience for this time frame?

Yes, your credit card is charged at the time of order. You will most likely see a credit card statement before the speakers.

I have only ordered factory outlet or custom vinyl and they took around 4-5 weeks to ship.

Axiom did replace some M22's I was not happy with the finish and they replaced them with new ones and they shipped right away, which leads me to believe if they have some of your order in stock, they will ship asap.

If you decide to order, there is a return policy in the event you dont like something, but I honestly can only remember hearing that happen by one poster on AVS who was an Axiom basher. good luck with your order.

My first set of speakers ordered in a couple of days, that was ~4 years ago. My last order shipped within 1 week and that was from the Factory Outlet. As ctown said your CC is charged right away and I have no experience with the custom finishes.

I just placed an order. My card was charged immediately, and my speakers shipped the next day. They aren't custom though, can't comment on that.
