having replaced old system with axioms, the two older sets of speakers are collecting dust in the basement. now the bride would like to listen to cable music in the basement, which is no problem as i could connect them to the rxv1300 "b" connections. that still leaves two other speakers that could go in the garage. since the yammi has no "c" connections, i was wondering if there was a suitable switch box that i could connect to the "b" terminals, then wire the other two sets to it with a switch to select between the two. the older speakers were driven by an old tecknics (sp) 35 wpc receiver, and was able to drive them both while set to main & remote, so i'm sure the yammi would have no problems. then i need a source for those new, yet to be released invisible wires so the back of the ent center doesn't look like a power generating plant. ideas?

Actually, the "invisible wires" HAVE been released! See link below (their web site is under construction, so this is the best I can do for now). I haven't tried it and don't know the quality. I have tried the same company's RF remote control extender, and it works great. That might also help in your situation, so you could potentially control the central receiver from your remote listening locations.

I think Belkin makes a decent data switcher for not too mucn money.

I can't remember anything about it, though.
