My speakers shipped 3 days ago and Fedex tracking is still blank. I need to know the delivery date so someone can be home. UPS tracking takes a few hours for tracking info to show up.

Did you ask FedEx?

I order stuff online all the time and have dealt with USPS, UPS, Fedex, Purolator, Canada Post... you name it. The online tracking systems is something you should not rely on for up to date information...its hit or miss. Calling might help, but they usually go off the information the system has as well. I just recently received a package from Purolator and didn't receive a shipping notice until a few days after I already had received the merchandise. Its not just Fedex that has this problem.

I've also noticed that it can take up to 3 days for the item to leave Axiom after you receive the e-mail from Noreen.

What happened to me more than once (since it only takes a few hours delivery time between Toronto and Montreal) is receiving the email from Noreen a few minutes before my doorbell rings!

Geez. One week for my speakers to arrive to New Jersey. The last time it took 2 days!

Say thank you to customs. They once held my sub for about 5 days. I was afraid I was going to get a box with a bunch of broken MDF, a driver, and an amp in it!
