I am wanting to compare the M60's to the M22s in my audition, but it's $45 per box to ship back. That's a big chunk of coin. I'm more worried about floor space with the M60's and with the M22's I'm worried about the lows, even with a sub. Is it worth the audition price or should I just go with the M22's?

I'm sure that you posted this elsewhere, but what is your room size again?

I don't know what their policy is currently but say you purchased the M22's first and during the 30 day trial period you want to upgrade to the M60's you don't have to pay the return postage on the 22's as long as you keep one of the pairs.

Hi,
That is exact; if you order a pair of Axiom M22v3 and within your 30-day-risk-free-trial-period you decide to upgrade to the Axiom M60v3 model then Axiom will send you prepaid return shipping labels for the M22v3 which you are returning.

And if you decide the M60s are not your cup of tea, you then have to pay for the shipping back.

Mark, as was suggested above, at least initially get the M22s. I'm confident from my own experience of several years with the M22s plus EP500 that it's highly unlikely that you'll find any problem with the entire bass range (about 20Hz-200Hz)when the M22s are crossed over at 80Hz to a good sub.

My room is approximately 2000ft^3 with an opening fartherest from the speakers into a dinning room. The speakers will be elevated so they will be horizontally inline with the TV.

Shipping the M22's back isn't too bad - only $30.00 I was just shying away from the $90 for the M60's.

Be careful, you might end up with a pair of m60's for the living room and m22's for the bedroom wink
