Thanks to all. I put in the order for the epic 60-500. Now the hardest thing is waiting for it to arrive. I am also waiting (per most of your suggestions) for a denon 2805. So when I get them- are there instructions on how to set up/calibrate, do I need to read the entire receiver book to do it right. I probably will
be to excited to read the entire book and just set it up and let it play for a while for a break in period. Everything I read suggests that I will have to do alot of tweeking in order to get optimum sound. Any suggestions would
be appreciated.
Thanks

Don't worry too much -- if you just hook everything up without shorting the wires together you are going to get some pretty spectacular sound. Just don't stick the M60s right up against the wall, pull 'em out a few feet at first then push them back in until you find the right distance.

Denon owners -- any comments about manuals etc... ?

3JT, yes you have to study the 2805 manual thoroughly and the time to start is right now at the Denon site while you're waiting for your equipment. It's better when you have the receiver right there to work with, but you can still learn a lot before it comes.

Oh yeah... and don't poke your finger through the woofers on the QS8s while you're installing them. They sound fantastic, but they're hard to pick up and carry 'cause every side seems to have a woofer or a tweeter on it

Like a ferret on it's back, 5 out of it's 6 sides are sharp.

Bro actually refers to his fuzzball's face as "her bitey end."
