I ordered five Axiom speakers from the Custom Shop and was told it would take approximately 6 weeks to deliver. I gladly accepted this reasonable timeframe as a consequence to ordering a non-standard finish to my speakers.
I was OUTRAGED to find out that the speakers where delivered to my home today ... approximately one week after I ordered them! Inconceivable.
This sort of high-quality customer service will only serve to drive up my expectations for a range of other service providers, only to have them surely squashed by "on-time" rather than "ahead of schedule" deilveries.
Shame on you Axiom, for providing a quality product at a reasonable price, with an actual delivery of goods occurring a near MONTH before the stated delivery date.
Next thing you know you'll be offering me some kind of discount because I purchased five speakers in one order.
