Got the 500 sub today it is awesome. I noticed though when playing a music cd and I have the tv video on the bass is jumping on screen in time to the cd messing up the tv.I think because the sub is not shielded. Unfortunately i am limited in my placement 1 foot away from the tv. Itried removing the little screw nothing any ideas? Thanks

Glad you got the problem fixed, my 500 is right next my TV also but have never had a problem.

I was just going to say to check to make sure you don't have a cable/connection vibrating or jiggling around because of the bass thump.
