From time of order to delivery, how long does it usually take?
The only other internet direct purchase I made was for my sub, and it took awhile since it was backordered at the time of purchase (new model).
Also, I will be ordering a custom finish, if that makes any difference.
Thanks,
-Alan
Depends on if you order it from the Factory Outlet or not.
Regular items are shipped Fed Ex 2nd day Express
Factory outlet depends on the longest lead time shown at the time of purchase.
He's ordering a custom finish, their not avalible through FO. I don't know how long a custom finish takes but once shipped you should receive them in a few days.
<<Your Axiom CustomShop Loudspeakers and Surround Stands take 6 weeks or less to deliver>>
Thanks for the info. Honestly, I didn't bother with the FAQ, but was more interested in "real world" times, so thank you all.
I will be ordering Tuesday, not from Factory Outlet, but yes with the custom finish.
Thanks again to all.

Could be as little as 2 weeks, but Axiom CS will give you a realistic eta.
What finish on what speakers? I'm eyeing some high gloss M3s for the poker room (if and when I ever get that started).
Bigwill has a pretty good point here. What speakers (how many?)did you order? I have a pair of Vermont Maple M50s. Those took about 4 or 5 weeks. I also have a VP100 which took about 1-2 weeks. But those were separate orders.
One pair of M60tis in Classic Oak with black grill.

I think Bigjohn has Classic Oak speakers as well. Thank goodness you went for the black grilles, instead of pink...
Bigjohn wouldn't have liked that...he takes pride in owning the only pink grilles around...
Since he couldn't get pink ports, he had to settle for pink grilles.
Alan, continuing with the turn that this thread has taken, I was relieved to see that the title referred to delivery times!
My "classic oak" M60's, W/ BLACK grilles, came in less than 2 weeks.
By the way, has anyone noticed, that if you go click on custom shop, pick M60's, classic oak, w/ warm tan grilles........they look sorta like Big John's legendary "pink" grilles?
Try it........it's fun!
Great minds think alike...
This morning I pulled the trigger:
M60tis in classic oak with black grills.... 8)
