Hello everybody, new to the forums here and also new to Axiom speakers. I'm enjoying them so far, still working out AVR settings for them and whatnot but they sound fantastic. These M60s were given to me as a gift, but they didn't come with any feet. I guess the previous owner was using them on carpet, but I have them sitting on tile and I want to keep the veneer from getting damaged along the edges which can eventually cause it to peel. I read that originally they came with carpet spikes and rubber feet for hard floors, but I can't find anywhere that says how tall the original rubber feet are. I found some decent looking feet with metal inset washers that look like they would do the trick, but they're just over 3/4 inch tall, which seems kind of tall to me, and that left me wondering how tall the original feet are/were.

If nobody knows the exact height, an easy measurement would be if you can fit a US penny or nickel under the speaker with the coin standing up. A penny is exactly 3/4 inch and a nickel is just over, at 0.83 inch. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The feet are about 7/8" thick. They may have them available for purchase under accessories on their website. If not you may look into some aftermarket brands. I like the big fat dots or you could even step up to something like isoacoustics feet.

Hey thanks for the fast reply! How on Earth did you find them on the site? I searched but only found the carpet spikes. Those feet on the page there look like they need an additional metal insert or something to keep the screw head from going through them. Or maybe they use really wide screw heads? I looked up the big fat dots and isoacoustics feet and almost fell down the rabbit hole of acoustic decoupling that I never knew existed. I will definitely look into this more so thank you for the suggestions. For now I'm just going to get some basic rubber feet to protect the speakers while I look into better options.

They screw on to a secondary plastic piece that is screwed into the base of the speaker. I do not know if the feet they are showing are both pieces. The best thing to do is call Axiom to verify if it is the whole piece. If not I'm sure they could sell you the full piece.

I you have the carpet spikes they fit the same aluminum inserts as the rubber feet ... i'd check and see if the inserts are screwed into them

If the you call them with the order I'm sure they will supply the insert and screw if you request them.

I see now! Thank you for the picture. I don't have any of that hardware at all. I'm assuming the threaded metal piece in the foot, combined with the metal threads that get attached to the speaker are designed to be able to level the speaker. That would be helpful since my speakers seem to lean outwards from center.

The outer piece spins independently of the inner piece that's screwed in to allow you to level the speakers.
