One of the longest serving members has provided no information even after years of loyal posting.

JohnK, is it not time to update your profile so we can at least view your personal equipment list?

I voted for the second option because it's quite obvious he values his anonymity and he might leave if he were forced to reveal info about himself. We all value his no-nonsense input here.

I think a better thread topic would be a contest to see who can come up with the best story about who JohnK really is. JohnK,himself, would be the judge, of course.

I voted option 4 myself.

BBIBH was a guy that used to prolificly post here in the early days of this MB. He hasn't been heard from since 9/02. He, like JohnK, was very knowledgable and had a "no-nonsense" approach to audio toys. My guess was based on thier simular posting styles.

Santa Claus has asked me to express his appreciation to those who have supported him thus far in this poll. As an inducement, he pledges that all those who support him and are dissatisfied with their Hsu or SVS subs will receive a Bose bass module on Christmas.

Good thing I just got done telling my wife Santa is real. A piece of Bose equipment...just what I always wanted!!

Hmmmm....maybe JohnK is Santa Claus!!

Well according to the poll, Santa Claus is real, ergoJohnK is real, so as long as JohnK is NOT the Easter Bunny, then all is good.
However, if Ken decides that Peter is really the Easter Bunny, this would also make sense, with all those stories about a Peter Rabbit confirming the myths, except that the poll results would now become more confusing since drawing a correlation between the Easter Bunny (Peter) and JohnK (Santa Claus) becomes extremely difficult as the poll was not designed to collect information about bunnies but rather about a CIA operative in disguise as Santa Claus...er, no, i mean JohnK who might actually be Peter instead posing as an alter ego kind of thing which then actually equates to JohnK being both Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny, but really, who would believe such a thing since they obviously have very different shoe sizes and yet we can confirm for sure that Peter is real (assuming Ken ACTUALLY knows Peter) such that JohnK may not exist at all which goes against the poll results because we all know that Santa Claus IS real.

Alternatively, Peter could simply be one of my (I use the term loosely) multiple personalities. Note that we both showed up on the forums around the same time. Therefore, I may be the Easter Bunny in a different personality. However, this would require me to be aware of Peter as a multiple personality. In any case, I can confirm that Peter is not JohnK, therefore not Santa Claus, unless JohnK is another manifestation of my brain who simply discovered the forums earlier.
